Valid Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) business registration certificate.
TIN Certificate
Tax Identification Number (TIN) certificate issued by the Joint Tax Board (JTB).

Bank Account
Valid business bank account details for payment processing and reconciliation.
Proof of Address
Utility bill, bank statement, or any official document showing your business address.
Business Photo
Clear photograph of your business premises/office location.

Any registered business entity in Ondo State can apply for vendor accreditation. This includes cybercafes, business centers, schools, and educational consultants. You must have a valid CAC certificate and be able to provide the required documentation.
You will need: (1) Valid CAC Certificate, (2) Government-issued ID (NIN, Driver's License, or International Passport), (3) Proof of business address (utility bill or bank statement), (4) Business bank account details, and (5) A clear photo of your business premises.
Once you submit your accreditation application with all required documents and payment, the Ministry typically reviews applications within 5-10 working days. You will receive an email notification once your application is approved or if additional information is needed.
Your vendor accreditation is valid for one (1) full year from the date of approval. You will receive a reminder before your accreditation expires, and you can renew it through the portal by paying the renewal fee of ₦20,000.
The Interest Fee (₦1,500) is a one-time payment to express your interest and receive a registration code to create your vendor account. The Accreditation Fee (₦20,000) is an annual fee paid after registration to obtain official accreditation to register students for examinations.
No. After completing your vendor registration, you must apply for accreditation and have it approved by the Ministry before you can register students. Only accredited vendors are authorized to register students for state examinations.
